Common Questions
Do I need to be in the UK to use MediGo Lanka?
No. You can use MediGo Lanka from anywhere in the world. We serve patients globally, though we specialise in the UK-Sri Lanka diaspora.
What if I need a prescription?
Your doctor can provide a prescription during the consultation. Note that UK prescriptions may not be valid in Sri Lanka and vice versa — your doctor will advise.
How do I join the video call?
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom or Google Meet link. Simply click it at your appointment time.
Is my medical information secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored in line with UK GDPR. We never share your information without your consent.
