From choosing your doctor to joining your online consultation, in six simple steps.

Browse verified, SLMC-registered doctors and specialists and open a profile to see their fees and available time slots.

Select a day and time slots
Pick a convenient day and one or more available time slots (Sri Lanka time) that suit you.
- Choose any day up to 90 days ahead
- Select one or more time slots: 6-9am, 9am-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-6pm or 6-9pm
- Times are Sri Lanka time, and we show your local time too
- Requests need at least 24 hours notice
Upload your medical reports
Add any relevant medical reports or documents so your doctor can review them before the consultation.
- PDF, JPG, PNG and DICOM files up to 20MB
- Stored privately and securely
- Your doctor reviews them before the consultation
- You can also add reports later

Send your request. Our team confirms an exact time with your doctor. You do not pay anything yet.

Receive confirmation & payment instructions
We email your appointment confirmation with secure payment instructions. Pay online by card.

- Pay within 48 hours, and at least 24 hours before the appointment

Join your online consultation
Once your payment is completed, you receive a Google Meet link to join your consultation from anywhere.
- Google Meet link emailed as soon as payment is received
- Reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before
- Join from your phone, tablet or computer
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before
Common Questions
Can I use MediGo Lanka from outside Sri Lanka?
Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Appointment times are shown in Sri Lanka time, and the booking page also shows the equivalent time where you are.
How much does a consultation cost?
Fees are charged in Sri Lankan Rupees and shown on each doctor's profile. A GP consultation is LKR 4,000 and a specialist consultation is LKR 6,000, each including a LKR 1,000 non-refundable service fee.
How do I join the video call?
Once your payment is received, we email you a Google Meet link. Click it at your appointment time. You do not need to install anything on a computer; on a phone, the Google Meet app works best.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and the doctor fee is refunded (the service fee is non-refundable). You can also reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before.
