Cancellation & Refund Policy
48-hour cutoff. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, the doctor consultation fee is refunded in full.
Admin fee is non-refundable. The LKR 2,000 admin and service fee is retained in all cases, including cancellations.
Late cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours are generally not eligible for a refund. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed case-by-case.
You can cancel yourself. Log in to your patient dashboard and cancel at any time before the 48-hour window.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The LKR 2,000 admin fee is already included in the price shown. There are no additional booking charges.
What currencies are accepted?
Prices are shown in LKR. We also accept GBP, USD, and EUR. Equivalent amounts are available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards. Bank transfer available on request.
Do I need anything for the consultation?
A device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and any medical reports or test results you want the doctor to review.
